When I claim amethyst from mail it sometimes doesn't give me the amethyst. About 1 out of 4 times I don't get any. I have waited to make sure it's not just taking a long time to update, they just don't show up. Please fix this, I paid for them, I should get what I paid for.

Hey guys, when I open the game on my iphone6 it says there's a new update so I click the button which takes me to the App Store but there's no update button there just the "open" app tab. Any ideas? I can't click around this thing either thanks

Hi, I lost some troops due to NPC respawn on a resource land. Before, I killed all units and sniper towers and was in the middle of taking city Hp down ,but after update even though the city Hp is down to zero ,all my assault gun troops were killed by NPC respawn of 1 heavy and 2 medium tanks, plz make sure this doesn't happen again thank you.

Ok so this has been going on for 2 months now. Every time we send resources to League city. They just dissapeared. At first we thought maybe it's just new player messing with us and wasting resources by building and canceling. Then after 5 battlefields I had to investigate my self and with other players and leagues. I did battlefield alone just to make sure. We send resources and I literally watch the transport going in Lc and boom, resources are not there. Two days of saving resources and ghosts took em. It literally sets you back days because now the days you saved resources were for nothing. I have talked to other players and leagues and they have the same issue of lc …

It looks like Dowding doesn't increase every level. It may just be a graphics glitch bit I've noticed it on a couple of levels, and some are normal. Imput a screen shot of another officer for comparison.

I now have new officers as a result of adding some from the last "deal". I have 5 officers summoned and more that I would like to summon. I can't find a way to summon any of the new officers. I currently have 5 officers summoned. Is there a limit to how many I can have in use at one time? I also can't see a way to un-summon any of the officers currently in use. How does this all work and what are the rules?

So this is the second time this has happened to me and also the second time I've had to do it but everytime I defend a teammates city something goes wrong. Last time it was back near Christmas when the game was crashing when large amounts of troops were on screen and now the troops I needed didn't come out of gig and when I tried the game crashed. Idk if it's just my luck or pretty common to happen but really pissed me off to lose a army and a city because if this shit each of those loads in pics were after I waited like 30 sec and then closed the game and tried again. Yesterday I land my full health Jets into the airbase in my city. About 6 hours later I take the jets out of the base to find the jets have damage to them as shown in the screen shot! The city did run out of food, however the jets did not run out of food! Each jets was over 7 mins to repair. I noticed before this incident which happened several times in the same field, that the health of the jets was lower in the airbase then it was when I dispatch them! For the last 8 months maybe even longer myself and others have been complaining about the "magic trick" units pull. Last night they made their grandest trick yet. After telling them to land at my base, instead of one unit disappearing, EVERY SINGLE AIR UNIT VANISHED FROM MY SCREEN. They were still visible in the troops tab, but wouldn't show me where the troop was located when I selected it which was different than when it normally happens. I assumed that as usual the troops would follow their last order, and since their last order was to land at my airfield (it was a 15 minute flight with hours of fuel) I wasn't concerned. I get a lost connection error every time I try to load the game. It gets past the loading assets and even shows the main lobby but loading the bf causes a crash on both iPhone and iPad.

When I log onto my WW, it load fine, and I'm taken to the main screen as normal (sometimes it doesn't load when I'm trying to enter the game). But, when I do things like click on the league symbol in the top right, try to read my mail or try to collect my daily bonus, it just loads, and doesn't stop. When it does this, the game freezes and you can't go back to the main screen or go anywhere. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the game, but it doesn't help. I hope you can get this fixed.

The game lag is so bad now. I've been on multiple different wifi and cellular data but it doesn't make a difference. I've deleted and reinstalled the game but it still lags. Usually takes about 15-30 seconds to load when selecting troops or buildings. This makes it very difficult when attacking and trying to move be troops around. If their is something else I can try let me know but it sounds like it's not just me experiencing this issue. Thanks for the awesome game and hoping this gets resolved.

So I have deleted and reinstalled the game 5 times since update, I have also restarted my phone and also turned my phone on and off numerous times none of these solutions are working so now I need your help. First issue my chat while scrolling during chat is still getting copied. Issue number two my troops are fighting each other was funny but not any more. Third issue is there are supply trucks from my other city stopped in my capital and won't disappear. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy 7 edge runs android, updated is current. commander name is WWP.

The tactic Wartime Economy has to be broken. I have used it over a dozen times past two days of playing on City/Cap/Village. I hit (!) at the building/farm(s) that I use it on , and it shows no extra growth. I see the tactic ticking down ontop of the building info screen, but no where gives me extra bonus. I still make 1,800/hr even with Wartime Economy ticking, and also the Population Growth:/Fortune Growth: section are blank. Is this bugged or am I missing something? No where does it show me extra fortune gain so I am confused what the heck is the point of it, if it doesnt even work..
