Last league standing

I just wanna know how last league standing works. So my league is currently trying to earn the reward for being last league and wi wanna know if we just have to take out all the "leagues" or just everyone even peeps not in a league. Also if we declare victory will that make it so that    We have to win by vote or can we still get rid of others leagues until we are last and win by being last league standing? And is there any way to tell who is left! Our whole map is red so we can't see who surrendered and who is active.

Currently, we cannot see who is left or surrendered from the situation map. Last league standing works if your league has made all other players surrendered or no cities. And you cannot declare victory if you want last league standing thing work.

Now there is no way to tell who is surrendered and who is active. I have discussed this with our developers. We will adjust this asap. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Dang we declared victory already ? but thanks man now I gotta tell the guys
