No changes to the game, I purchased those officers taking into account the number of cities in the league available. Do not make indirect changes to the items purchased, it has already happened in the past, otherwise give the possibility of a refund. 3 lc for 10 players, this is ridiculous, given the timing of building armaments and lc upgrades.
