He left the league, but sometimes it shows up that he still is in the league. I took some pictures of his tanks changing colors. And u need to ally him again if u want him as ur ally. Some times he's not in the league and allied, sometimes he's in the league hostile. When he becomes hostile his troops and turrets will attack my troops, so I can't team with him.
