Oracle
League building enhance the strategic ability of an attacking or defending force. The league turrets pack a serious punch for all who wander in their crosshairs. The league quartermaster building allows for faster resource distribution. The league air supply drop, though still buggy, delivers over 2k of supplies to any city. The league airfield and army base are great for repairing and rearming troops. However, there is no naval base for ships and this is an unforgivable mistake.Though the naval units weren't fully developed upon release, they are getting much needed attention with the announcement of a battleship to be released and the aircraft carrier and submarines recing confirmations though releases are tbd. However, the need for a league naval base is paramount as an attack on it city, to be transitioned to a league city for rearm and repair, may be halted or ruined by its absence if naval units are incorporated into the attack.Bottom line. A league naval base should be included as an option so long as the city is adjacent to a body of water. What are your thoughts?

This a unique idea I like it.i like your take on this thread. Make harbors become owned by an adjacent league city and convert over to become stronger. It wouldn't much map changing, as a change to code would make it work. Edited December 14, 2015 by Oracle
