All of the other members have quit the game. there is one sub commander who has also quit the game.... i want to quit the league so I can join another league on the battlefield. game says I cannot quit because CinC cannot leave before hall other players. But, of course there are no other players in league. Ther is no one to hand off CinC to.. Game says they are not active.
