Enclave Posted February 27, 2016 Report Share Posted February 27, 2016 The ENCLAVE is going to have a congress, basically a group of people that are going to make decisions on league scale, especially in time of war. This gives leagues more social activity especially because you can go as far as elections (the league leader will always be the same for obvious reasons) which will create a political aspect in your league, keep people interested and could also help in making decisions on military operations, declarations of war ETC. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
