MAJOR Posted January 18, 2021 Report Share Posted January 18, 2021 I notice that there's a lot of empty cities that are left there until the battlefields ends. I would like-that after some time-those surrender cities would be turn back into the normal level 1 rebels cities. It annoying for those who see open cities and who refuse to surrender can't claim victory because there aren't no cities as there are a lot of white flags and enemy cites remaining.
