Sykes Posted November 17, 2016 Report Share Posted November 17, 2016 This is my level 7 city! If you notice when I attempt to build the supply factory there is only 1 building spot left! However there are 2 air bases built in the city! Earlier today I dropped a paratrooper to cap a city not this one, however the paratrooper never appeared but my tactics were used! If you notice the photo above it says it's an infantry but it gives the stats for an air base! My city is only level 7 so I could not build an oil field.
