Well, I saw my teammate do that, he even had troops upgraded up to the fourth level, and I can't expand them even up to level 3. Well, that is not the question, the question is - why? Waffles Posted August 9, 2016 Report Share Posted August 9, 2016 You need the following for expansion: lv3 army camp/airbase for expansion lv2 and an extra armament from munitions factory lv5 army camp/airbase for expansion lv3 and an extra armament from munitions factory lv7 army camp/airbase for expansion lv4 and an extra armament from munitions factory lv9 army camp/airbase for expansion lv5 and an extra armament from munitions factory unless there have been major changes in that department, that information is accurate. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
