Air Superiority on city

For this suggestion, I think that there shall be an air superiority option in Fighters jets except for bombers. The Air superiority should only have a 5-20 minute countdown depending on how many troops or AA there are. You can stop this ability by having fighter troops or AA in your city's perimeter. The Air Superiority should give a CAS bonus to your troops which almost works like Jubilant, . During Air Superiority, enemy air troops cannot enter or exit the Air Base. Enemy Bombers in the area city deal much less damage to your land troops as a disadvantage to the enemy. Air Superiority can be prevented by having a secured Airspace which can be done by having fighters in area meaning that the 5-20 minute will not start until your/enemy fighters are dead.
