Bradweiser Posted July 26, 2016 Report Share Posted July 26, 2016 I captured a resource zone that isn't directly connected to my city by roads. The road goes through one of my leagues cities. I notice that it is not producing resources to go back to my city and also, I can not use my city resources to upgrade it. Is this by design or am I doing something wrong?
