New Troops & In-Game Features

Please consider the following troop types that...from an actual players perspective...will make the game more enticing.

Tactic:
      Airstrikes (cost:60 does 2,000 damage to three buildings that touch each other)

      Merciless-(Cost 50) Triples attack damage...but decreases health by forty percent

Units:

      Civilian militia- incredibly weak unit. Only spawns when capital is below half health, Militia is like basic infantry but have lower statistics, they spawn in with 5 units, you do not make the unit...they spawn themselves. they will only appear around the capital city if the city is level 8 and below half health 

        Supply truck- has low Heath but is as fast as an recon jeep, it will have 1500 food, ammo, and fuel on each truck, as the units surrounding its area lose supplies over time the truck will refuel, the truck will be expensive and can only be built in the league city/monument/Operative Zone.

      Civilian Fighter Plane- Another unit that acts similar to the Civilian Militia will be a single fighter plane, it will be a farmer plane or a bi-plane, only one will spawn in, it also can't be made and only spawns if capital city is level 10 and is below had Health. Fights similar to scout aircraft. Mainly used for enemy diversion.

      Officers-Serve really no purpose for attacking. Any troop in 20 units of the officer receives a 25% increase in all statistics...in exchange for the massive bonus. They become a favorite target for defenses. 
      
      Torpedo aircraft-Does extra damage to harbors and boats. Costs 1.3x as much as basic bomber. Is very fast with very low health. Movement speed 2.5

      Mortar infantry- Can target any building or troop. High damage but extremely low health. Move speed 1.5 (30 seconds) to set up for attack
      
      Sniper teams- Double shot damage from forests and rough terrain. Can only target troops (not armored) and do massive damage. Yet again low health. Movement speed .8 but longer range than artillery (200) (take 1.5X as long to fire than normal unit) 

      Recon Boat-Cheap recon unit used to scout. Same purpose as jeep and plane.

      Rocket Propelled Gun Trucks (SAM)- Anti air/ artillery unit that has low health is extremely inaccurate but deals massive damage. Same movement speed as Sherman tank. Built in league city only.

      Machine gun teams- Decently high health. Do practically no damage and are inaccurate. But devastating fire rate makes them a devastating unit up close. Very slow and take 15 seconds to prepare for combat.
      
      Rocket teams- Specialize in taking down tanks and have decent range (110) two rockets per unit and have movement speed of .9 medium health range.
      
(NOTE: Each unit can b transported in any plane at a space cost of one)

New AI:
      -Friendly group that has an opinion of you based on your play style. If you are a "war monger" they will not take kindly to you and launch small offensives of 5-6 units maximum. But if friendly (by being a peaceful player) they will randomly send material grants to your capital city.

Buildings:
      League city upgrade (same upgrade process as monument) military operative station...special league troops cost 30% less and Produce 2x as fast but upgrade is extremely costly

      Watch tower- would cost 400 iron and 800 fortune, the tower will increase the area turrets and the player can see and makes turrets have a longer range by 5%.


New Concepts:
    
      Trade Routes- Trade routes should be added into the game, it would be expensive to set up but afterwards, all transports carrying supplies using the trade route will experience a transport speed increase. Rebels however, will try to make blockades on these trade lines, rebels will attack the supply trucks on these lines, to prevent the transports the player should be able to build check points that when a blockade is formed the checkpoint will dispatch a pair of tanks and infantry to take out the rebel blockade, the units dispatch will be one Sherman and two infantry, a rebel blockade will usually only consist of two infantry and one recon jeep. Check points will need a full supply of food ammo and fuel to stay operational. All substances except ammo slowly extinguish themselves. If a checkpoint is out of a resource. Units will not be dispatched.

There's a lot of OP things in there

And a rocket team sounds like infantry with bazookas and such and bazookas and Piats where extreamly close range otherwise they would bounce off armor. 

The supply truck should be slow

because its hauling things in my option but would speed up when dropped of load
