How is the voting % calculated? Hey, if the top one league receives 80% of vote, they become champions. 80% of vote means 80% of active players voted "agree". Sykes Posted June 18, 2016 Author Report Share Posted June 18, 2016 Surrendered players have nothing to do with the calculation as to what % each vote is worth. So other then capturing a surrendered city and keeping it, turning it into a rebel city does nothing to the calculation and a waste of time for voting.
