Units Will have very own technology tree

This just came to me but I think I'm on to something here. Giving each unit its own technology tree and you upgrade it to give it abilitys, but make it so we have to pick one out of three abilitys to make the team work a must. Example : (1) Bombers can carry more bombs but takes a hit on its speed or carry torpedos for ships or carry a more powerful bomb but has less on bord [5m] instead of [10m]. (2) tanks can use different types of rounds doing more damage to eather buildings, ships, Vic's, tanks or infantry. (3) ships, in the tree you'll be given a wide variety of rounds that do more damage shoot further. But with rounds that shoot further they do less damage to even game play out.
