If you can't see its ownership, that means you need to capture a nearer city to own it. If captured buildings have no city as ownership, they actually are dead. Village can't generate pop or fortune for city, resources zone won't provide resources for city, and no building can be built on them cause city is too far to be taken pop and steel from. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
