1. Can we delete our accounts?

Players cannot delete game accounts and there is no need to delete accounts. The game servers cannot get access to any personal info about all players, and Joycrafter will not keep any sensitive info of players.

If you have bound an unnecessary commander in your Gamer Center, contact our team with detailed info about your username, league name, city and commander level. We will fix it for you as soon as possible.

2. Another device is connecting to the game

If you have a pop-up message telling you that another device is connecting to your commander and you are disconnected, it means that someone is visiting your account at the same time. Please make sure if anyone you know, like your friend or family is playing your game on a device that your account has been loaded on.

If you see this message constantly and your game profile has been modified, please contact us with detailed info of what is going on.

3. Someone is logging in my game

If you find out some unusual changes happening in your game, it is possible that someone else (your friend or family) with access to your device has used your account. In addition, you may have logged in someone’s device and forgotten to log out.

Generally, your account can be accessed from other devices only if you have shared your Game Center/Apple ID or Google+ passwords with others before.

Our employees will never ask for your Game Center/Apple ID or Google+ passwords info. Do not give your personal info to anyone for any reason in case some unexpected risks happens.

For the safety of your account, please pay attention to followings:

-Do not buy, sell or trade your account with others

-Do not reveal any details about your account, and do not share someone else’s account info

-Do not buy diamonds from third party or unofficial means

-Do not log into other people’s devices with your Game Center/Apple ID or Google+ account

4. Save your progress in Game Center

Bind your account to Game Center in order save your progress.

It is an App that saves your in-game progress, allowing you to access your game data on another device.

Important hint: Game Center only saves one game for every account. Attempting to save more than one game to your Game Center account will result in lost data!
How to find Game Center?

1. Navigate to Settings and scroll down to Game Center

2. Click on Apple ID

3. If you already have an account, go ahead and log in. If not, create an Apple ID

4. Open Game Center from your Home Screen

5. Find the game icon and launching the game from within Game Center

At last, you should be prompted with a message reading “Welcome back___” with your name filling in the blank.

5. Can I buy, sell or share my accounts?

Selling, buying or sharing game accounts to other players is against our terms of service.

We cannot guarantee the security of any account that has been passed from one player to another. We reserve the right to ban any account that has been transferred from one player to another without our permission.

Buying game currencies in third party websites is forbidden; we have the right to remove accounts sold in these websites. Please do not sell your account and report these accounts to us.

6. Do not share your account info!

You can fully devote into our game when you keep your account safe!

“Hacks” as they are named, can acquires your account info when you log in, so please keep your login info safe.

If you keep following 3 rules in mind, your account will be safe:

1. Never share your Game Center/Google ID, and passwords with anyone- not even us! Joycrafter will NEVER ask for your account info.

2. Avoid logging into your account on someone else’s device. If you really need to do so, do not forget to log out when you finish.

3. Only authorized way of purchasing is to buy items in in-game shop. Some unauthorized third party websites provide low price in-game currency, which are criminals trading in stolen credit card and stolen accounts. And your account may be stolen if you buy in-game currency on third party websites.

7. Will Joycrafter employees ask for my passwords?

Joycrafter employees will NEVER ask you for your passwords. Please do not share your Game Center, Google+, Facebook passwords or any other personal info with others. Doing so may compromise your accounts.

If you receive any suspicious e-mails, please report to us immediately through in-game mails, and we will do everything we can to help.
