During this time limited event, the First Recharge that satisfies following amount will be considered as eligible for the rebate reward. 

1. reaches $19 can get extra 2000 DIAMONDS (50% Rebate)

2. reaches $49 can get extra 5000 DIAMONDS (50% Rebate)

3. reaches $99 can get extra 15000 DIAMONDS (60% Rebate)

Note:
The rewards will be sent via in-game mail within 72 hours after the event.

Does this apply to multiple purchases? For example 2 $99 purchases would give an extra 30k diamonds? Or would it give the reward for completing all the steps below it?

Sir, it only counts your first purchase in this limited time. You don't have to complete all these steps. Thus the first $99 purchase you get extra 15000.
