PCR67 Posted April 28, 2018 Report Share Posted April 28, 2018 I have witnessed a shield get utilized by a defending player when main building is being hit by stugs. I have had it done to me when I was well into an attack. I mean several stugs popping the big house not to mention a pile of m40s making a mess of the whole city. Please explain when a shield can go up and when shield can not go up. In detail please. When I try to drop a shield when I’m under attack it is denied and says something like: “ Shield can not be used while city is under attack” or something like that. Please clarify “City” or what building being shot or bombed to deny shield. Basically. Explain in detail the rules of the Shield. Also, this is a developer’s question to answer.
