Veronica told me that I needed to tie an id she gave me, I assume the id under the character portrait, with my Facebook or Game Center id and then she could move my character to this new account. I replied, “how do I do that?” That reply was 4 DAYS AGO?! I have since posted once a day asking for an update with no reply!
