It also shows this(the first picture below) but which place do I need to take over is my question. I own 4 ships but don't have enough men to man them so how do I get them and what city do I need to take over which can one of you guys tell me on the second picture. Jasper Posted July 7, 2017 Report Share Posted July 7, 2017 That means that the harbor you captured is too far away from your city or is not connected to your city. Go into your settings and turn on village borders. This will help you determine if you are close enough to your city.
