Telwar Posted October 23, 2015 Report Share Posted October 23, 2015 As if would be a lot to code a system that allows us to plan the routes for transporting resources between cities and league members in believe if the transports for resources had a neutral status that would resolve that issue for everyone, as a blanket adjustment it becomes fair to all, as well would make it easier on newer players during the learning curve.
