Devs,
Using the Contact Us button, I told you of my lost character with this last update. Veronica told me that I needed to tie an id she gave me, I assume the id under the character portrait, with my Facebook or Game Center id and then she could move my character to this new account. I replied, “how do I do that?” That reply was 4 DAYS AGO?! I have since posted once a day asking for an update with no reply! I can only assume that the Contact Us button is programmed by the same people who programmed the chat system. Can any of you help?
