  1. Not too bad of an idea Cody. I can bring this up with the developers and then they can sit down with the other board members of this game and discuss the details of this topic. We have recently been receiving more and more suggestions to feature new events, new maps for these new events, and now a new event for Axis Vs Allies. As with you recommending a chat app to stay in touch with teammates, I do know there is a new chat system under development that is intended to take the place of the current in-game chat system. Perhaps this will be the type of chat you are looking for. I do not have the details about this chat as of now, but once we do and can share those details, we will let you know!

  6. Hey everyone, it has recently been brought to our attention that there is a glitch with Officer Harold Alexander. His stat boost are supposed to be only for self propelled AA guns (whirblewinds) and AA guns (bofors). However, self propelled artillery are also affected by this officer's stat boost and receives the speed boost, ammunition boost, and the range boost as well. This is unintended and should be fixed in the upcoming developing version. We apologize for the inconvenience!
  7. We will also talk with the developers and the Product team about seeing the possibility of implementing this. If it is not too much work, and can be done without impacting the game too much, this may have a chance at working, though I cannot guarantee ant time frame as to when this could, if it does, happen.

    Will do, and actually, I am still going to post your video on Facebook and Twitter, but seeing that videos that are shorter tend too be easier to digest. Would there be any way to segment this video and your other video into short videos that are about 4-5 minutes each? This way, we could include these videos into a tutorial walk-through guide, if possible!

  11. Hey guys, just checking here to make sure everyone who participated in this event was properly rewarded, as I believe, but correct me if I am wrong, that you were to be awarded once the maintenance and V1.0.33 update went live?
  12. We apologize, again about the emergency maintenance that occurred yesterday, where the servers were taken down for a short time but came back online shortly afterwards. As mentioned before by one of the moderators, we did not anticipate or schedule this maintenance ahead of time, as due to an emergency we had no choice but to have the server engineers take down the servers during this time in order to resolve a major issue, for which the details pertaining to this matter I am unfortunately unable to disclose at this time. We do understand the nature of how this situation was handled, as we usually try our best to provide an advanced notice ahead of any scheduled maintenance by at least a few hours, 30-45 minutes at the latest. If we could perform server maintenance without having to take down the servers to do so, we would definitely take that route instead. However, in this case the servers had to be taken down to fix the problem. Please do note, that not all issues in the game involve having to take down the server, as there are situations where a fix can go into place behind the scene, so to speak, without ever affecting anyone's game play. Should this ever be the case, we will let you know, and with some sort of advanced notice! As you know by now, this was unscheduled and we had to act accordingly and understand there was not enough time which to put up any troops/units, despite us providing a notification about the emergency maintenance about 10 minutes prior to the servers going down. We will be working more closely with the other teams to better identify and resolve any issues that happen to unexpectedly arise, and come up with a more defined and proactive approach towards handling such emergency situations. We will try and be as transparent as we can with providing the details of the issue (both at the time of the issue is reported and/or discovered, and afterwards), but only if we are able to. If we cannot disclose the details of the matter, there is a good reason which to justify why those details could not be released, and we can only ask that you trust us!!! We are also aware of what consequences come into play when dealing with any and all server maintenance situations, whether scheduled or unscheduled, and we try and act on that as best as we can by providing the appropriate form of compensation once the maintenance has ended and the servers are back online. If you feel the compensation is insufficient in any way, we will work with you to determine a more appropriate means of reimbursement. With that said, it is best if you had sent Support a report around the time of the server maintenance, that way we have your ticket documented, along with the details, which makes it both easier and more effective for an agent to respond back to you and work with you to come up with a successful resolution. If you were unable to send in a ticket around this time, and was impacted in some way due to this, we suggest that you write into Support, otherwise we will not be able to help you. Again, we do apologize for the inconvenience!

  15. Hey guys, since the last update, who here is still having problems with their infantry units disappearing, and how exactly do they vanish and when do they vanish? Do these units vanish when placed inside the troop list; when repairing and/or expanding do they disappear and you have made sure not to have the "auto-dispatch" button checked? Do you notice these units disappearing overnight when placed into the troop list, how about when you send/return these troops? I believe the same applies to naval and air units, but not compactly sure, so if anyone is having problems with these units disappearing, please feel free to share the details, and if you have it handy, any resolution you have found that works so others can use that as a work-a-round? Do you notice your air units disappearing when stored away inside the Airbase?

Who here is having any of the following problems since the release of the latest update: Loading into the game Receiving an error message that forces you out of the game at the main menu and/or forces you out of a battlefield and back at the main menu Forced out of the game at any time with no warning or error message, staying connected to the game via a connection problem Receives a "loading asset" error message Having problems connecting to the game via wifi or using cellular data Receive an error message that boots you out of a battlefield and prevents you from re-entering into that battlefield, or just unable to get into a battlefield
  17. As for the AT guns's defense, we have more changes in the future and we are working on rolling out changes to the game in a gradual, yet productive pace.
  18. I will ask the team about this and see what's going on here and why the AT guns do not have the additional 200 defense added to them! We have been made aware of the Daily Login event icon briefly disappearing from off of the screen when you are in a battlefield, after you have claimed the daily login rewards. There is a glitch with this icon reappearing on the screen and that is not intended. This should hopefully be fixed in the next update!
  19. Thanks for your feedback! So I have noticed two things that tend to stand out: 1- Allow capturing of another's monument. 2- The capping of an enemy monument while having a monument needs to be fixed. When getting attacked they can't convert it back. Treat it like the city shields! I will be sure to pass this over to the rest of the team to take into consideration, along with changing the LC conversion duration. Please do continue to cast your votes with your opinions!!

  21. I am not going to lie, these are all very creative and great ideas and suggestions. It is difficult for the designers to come up with the content for new additions to the game, for artists to discover the right artwork and modeling which to put into place for the content, and engineers to develop a code to make all of this work properly. Our developers are constantly being given ideas and suggestion which to work off of, but as you know this road is a gradual one and only so much can be taken in!

  23. Per the patch notes: -Improvement on icons in BF: The Login Gift icon has been removed from the BF. The Daily Login icon in BF will disappear once the reward has been collected. This has become a problematic challenge in the heat of a battle! We hope this adjustment can help and we will continue to improve the game in future versions.
  24. Could you elaborate some more on what you mean by the defense of the stug III? Is there any particular reason as to why you wish to see a change to the stats for this unit? Weeeeeeee, sorry just seeing if there was any question you may have wanted to ask? Thanks for your feedback about the Officer Patton. As for now, Patton can be purchased in the store with real dollars and not diamonds if you do not already have this Officer purchased. We will take this into consideration but I cannot guarantee anything at this time. I am sorry to hear about you loading into the wrong account. If you have not already done so, I suggest contacting Support from the main page and click on the "Contact Us" button and someone there will be able to assist you and recover the right account! Yes, we are aware that chat has continued to be an issue. We are working with the developers by providing them with feedback like this, so that they can become more attune to the problem and prioritize the issue when there are more details available. We will keep you all updated when we know about any further changes to chat via next few upcoming updates!
