I was told I was going to be compensated for my troops being lost. I was in battle 1097872 Lost almost 100 troops. The whole battle was ruined. I spent a lot of gems on that before it crashed. This customer service is the worst, it seems like you guys do not care. You keep finding ways for us to spend money, here's a suggestion, find ways to make the game run smoother, find ways to stop the lag, stop troops disappearing, and stop the crashes. Until I get reimbursed I'm not spending anymore money on this game. Stop trying to find ways for us to spend money and start fixing the problems.

So I’m writing because of the issues this game keeps dishing out for the past year; but since October I’ve been having loads of issues!! troops disappearing, the game is closing, MAJOR lag, and worst off enemies can see my troops here and there when they have no scouts to see !!! I’m upset since it seems like every update is making it worse. I’ve been buying gems to compensatethe troops I’m losing so I can quickly get back up and running but it seems pointless if troops are not going to land and they crash due to being rejected from the airports... troops getting stuck on mountain sides and having no way to get them off...troops resetting themselves and not going where I …

Guys we need someone to respond to us, it’s been a long day trying to contact developers and no contact back. We are stuck, cannot attack, cannot drop troops, etc.... over 12 hours. This is the worst glitch I’ve seen. Please respond and assure us that you are working the issue and will repay us with much more than the 1,000 gems. DT

It seems like Battlefield ID 1097822 has had it’s troubles, particularly in the last month (or more- I didn’t look before then). Currently, it hardly resembles any kind of warfare, especially not one of a “worldwide” magnitude. Troops don’t respond to commands properly (e.g., they won’t load into bases), which make them hardly effective subordinates. In a perfect world, this would be wonderful- a world without war. But for a game called “World Warfare”, this is terrible.

Last night during the BF the server went down. I lost approx 5000 diamonds, and several days of playing time. I left the BF this morning due to the fact that no progress had been made in repairing the problem or issues. My concern is refunding my money, or diamonds I lost not to mention the time, troops, points etc. Thank you!

Hey guys so Two issues we are facing for now from new update are: 1) Transport planes like Gigs or others are showing loaded troops in them even after emptying. They don't go away and it's very annoying. 2) Diplomacy request never go away even after you decline or accept them. That's been like this even before the new update. 3) The building in your city are dissapering but only few people have reported it like 2 to 3 so if anyone else facing this issue please confirm in this post. Hey guys and girls, i just lost my city in this game when i wasnt under attack. It says on the mini map that its still my territory but its covered in fog of war, i cant do anything. With me alot of other players. Also units dont respond to orders and rescourse zones dissapear. Can u guys take a look at this?
