I used the contact button in the game to let you know I lost more than 40 planes to a overflow glitch of some kind. I gave you the battlefield ID and told you as clearly as I could what happened. It’s been over 24 hours with no fix and cost me hours of building and the ability to fight back on the field. I’ve spent quite a bit of money the last couple weeks and regret it more every hour that goes by. If I don’t get some help on this simple issue, then I’m done and you can kiss my wallet goodbye. I came back after a couple years hoping things had improved. Was I wrong to return? Here’s hoping you actually care about your customers. Thor

Started with teammates in MMR bf this morning. Went to star0t, and queue went to preparing. Cinc managed to leave queue as well as well as the rest of my teammates. I however, am still stuck in queue, can't do anything, been like that since 10 am est.....Grrrrrr

Your system won’t let me log in my time around 4pm in Australia for a couple of hours despite this being a ‘world warfare’ game. Fix it as it has cost me troops and build etc numerous times . this is useless if you cannot log in you can’t do anything and you offer nothing as compensation. The worst customer service ever!! not happy!!!

I think the map is cool and I am enjoying it so far. Bug Issues. 1. Repel in bf tech does not work. No button after tech is created. 2. The troop list is not in order. Other maps the inf is on top then light tanks, AA, Sherman, StuGs and so on. List has light tanks then stuGs then group of 3 light then planes then bombers then ships. 3. There is time for the upgrade on any of the new buildings such as bunker, artillery, defense. It show how much it cost to upgrade to level two but no time it will take. 4. The repair time is slow. The rebels show up when the repair only has grown 200 hp or so. So basically the rebels show up and will destroy the…

Hey, I am having serious problems connecting/lagging for the last week now. I have checked my WiFi, and it’s good...I have no problems connecting to the internet, YouTube etc. I have even deleted and reloaded the game. I was wondering if anyone knows what ports are used to connect to the game servers using IOS? My Internet Service provider may have closed one ....I don’t know any other solutions. I have been playing the game without issue for over a year. Thanks for the help, and I’d appreciate any suggestions!

In on specific area of the map, The map stays blank. it doesn't show the zones or troops. It goes into buffering and will not load. I've tried resetting my device and signing in and out of the game. it only occurs in on spot. now I'm stuck with troops I can't see or control.
