I am surrounded by dead cities and everything I capture is "enclaves" so I can't upgrade anything or transport anything to it. BlueMingo Posted January 14, 2016 Report Share Posted January 14, 2016 I don't know about attacking or overtaking allied cities or faction mates, but I do think we should be able to transfer cities to faction r league members, some people, aren't that aggressive and we could use their leadership points to hold cities the attackers took...I hated begging in faction forum for someone to come take a city I didn't want and then have to wait 4-6 hrs for it to be abandon, and then they have to kill it...The faction already conquered t, we should be able to transfer it..
