The war game will go up yearly or stay still boring?

As I play for couple weeks with the same air bomb, fighter, etc, I wonder the game war will go up year by year with all new weapon, ship, air or it stay still v

with slow moving,

i think we should follow up yearly with new stuff, and the old stuff will be gone, make game more exciting, I feel boring now because all think we're playing is the same with sitting back wait for hours for the fighter to the destination, waste lot of time
