Attack mode

As gamer play for fun and injoy the game more, after I try to play war in 21st century with respect and polite,

yesterday the whole troops together over 100 air troop destroy my city and try to get me out of the silver cup.

i have strongly suggestion about the game in order to prevent some people just try to kill all who weak.

1/ all our defense and our troop is automatic to fight when rebel and facist attack us. Keep it like it now

2/ when a big city try to fight wit other cities that weaker, they need to turn on attack back

for example, I came to fight with other city and attack them. My attack is active only other city turn on attack mode to attack back to me. If I try to attack them, but they just keep silent and run away, I cannot attack them.

so inorder to attack any city, air troops, infancy troops, we need them to turn on attack back, if they are not turn on we can not attack  them,

this way can save small city cannot defense to big city,

like world to day, we cannot just attack any country we want, 

please make the game more fare and enjoy with the rule to play
