Also how do I increase my battlefield. I've defeated several villages and now cannot capture them bc I don't have the leadership to do so. Hey man, please check ownership of this resource zone. Your city may be too far so you can't take resources from any of your city to build oil field. As to leaderships, you need to level up them by leveling up battle levels. Destroying more buildings, killing more enemy troops and completing more battlefield missions will helps.
