MkV Posted June 17, 2017 Report Share Posted June 17, 2017 You can use the supply button on your city to supply ground troops in an administration area that the city owns. Ships and aircraft have to be in base. You can also send a supply drop from an LC to supply troops even if they are in an enemy zone. Be careful though, rebel WILL shoot LC supply aircraft.
