marshallG Posted March 10, 2017 Report Share Posted March 10, 2017 i have 2 big remarks on new officers & packs, if i may. a. new officers have huge advantage over old ones. "bonus" skills should be equally distributed on each officer (% of extra skill), just different skill/advantage. for example, rich new kid who bought arnold or/and "new" officers pack, has extreme advantage over us who have patton or govorov. b. chance to buy "old ones" separately. i need certain officers and cant buy them any more. c. more officers than 5 available. i'm already at 4, all "old ones", and i believe more will come.
