In order to maintain a clean and friendly chat enviorment, we had to censor some words like all the other games. As we tried to cover as many languages as possible, something hilarious yet frustrating happened in the chat... That was me testing some words in the chat... And also an example, "con" was also censored because it's a bad word in French, but for English speakers it's harmless, so when you try to type words like "Confident" or "Control" it shows "***fident" and "***trol" instead. But we already fixed this one, it's only an example. So in order to create a smoother chat experience, we need your help. If you type a word but it's censored(harmless words of course), please show us, and we will fix it in the future. Thank you for your understanding, together we can make this game better for everyone! CommissarXSlim Posted February 13, 2017 Report Share Posted February 13, 2017 Just give the option to disable the filter. Leave it enabled by default, but let the player decide if they want it. Right now ppl just spell curse words oddly to bypass the filter. Id give some examples but im sure we have all seen it. If you give the option to disable it, ppl would likely start spelling the word correctly for the most part.
