Sniper towers are not being affected at all, but his descriptions says that the bonus is applied to sniper towers. 2. My turrets got the range boost but no power boost. 3. I've killed multiple units and his experience and level has yet to change... I would like to get the full 90 range boost at some point, but I can't if he isn't gaining levels...
