What dictates which city gets those zones? I have not figured out how to tell the ranges on the game yet. Is there any easy way to calculate how far something can shoot from or be controlled from?? Regarding the zones it's whichever is closer, if they're equal distance it's which ever is stronger, but you can change which one owns it as long as it can be connected to that city through other zones you own as for ranges the only way to tell is when they start shooting.
