So, I just thought about it. What if you could have a safe house. By this I mean, like a base where you can store your troops that survived after the city was destroyed. I mean like a base where you have a army base, air base, and maybe a fleet thingy. And it would be allied with everyone! By this I mean, that when you enter into this base's territory, you just can't attack and cannot be attacked too. There you can place your troops for "safekeeping", and place 25% of your resources after the base was destroyed. But you can use only your resources, or the resources that your allies will give you. There you can build any type of troop up to transport plane. Your resources will be automatically stored there after 4 hours, but you will have to March all you troops there manually. It is like a League base for everyone, but here you are totally safe and you build troops that you can build on actual base up to lvl 7.
